"Before purchasing your videos, I was a bit skeptical about the price. I was hesitant at the fact that for an 11 set video set, $400 was an astronomical price. But looking back in retrospect, it's the best decision I've made in my quest to build good strong men both on and off the mat.

Allow me to introduce myself. My name is James Gasiorek. I'm a 22 year old assistant wrestling coach for Mt St Michael Academy, Bronx, NY. Together with Tom Straehele, we head the Mount St. Michael wrestling program. Mt. St. Michael is an all boy catholic high school located on the border of the Bronx and Mount Vernon. The school is specifically known as a baseball, basketball, football and track school. Wrestling is slowly making a name for itself.

As a product of this program, I knew that the way to interest inner city youths would be to make their "eyes light up." I knew that the same repetitious practices I endured some 8-9 years ago would not be suffice to build a strong program. After attending a Granby camp, given by Doc Bennett, I was amazed by this powerful and deceptive style of wrestling. I knew it worked. It worked for me, and I only had to rely on memory. If I could get my hands on facts and details to show my wrestlers, the results could be amazing.

After purchasing your 11 tape series, I have seen improvements from day 1. I can see my kids breaking away from the stereotypical mentality of wrestling. They are starting to appear more like true wrestlers, and it's because of your system. I can't honestly pick out one specific aspect because they all are useful. I think the main point which makes your system the very best is that it is very SYSTEMATIC, and EASY to TEACH. The kids are able to teach each other in skills that they have mastered and others lack.

When it comes to wrestling matches, my kids don't dread choosing bottom or top. YOU have expanded their horizons in ways that are uncountable. You have instilled a new confidence in them they goes far beyond the mat. Confidence from within in this sport means a lot to an individual. They are better persons in the classroom, outside of school, and in the real world.

When first purchasing these tapes, I had no idea the lessons you present would be so beneficial, but now I have realized. You are a true pioneer in this sport, and your tapes are an invaluable asset to this sport. I recommend your tapes to anyone and everyone, no matter the age, gender, or skill level.
